An auction of your carriers’ bids reaches a price manual email inquiries never do — and the app handles everything else along the way: parcel labels (DPD, GLS, DHL and more), customer updates in 31 languages and a check on every carrier invoice.
Figures from reference use at Robomatis d.o.o. (machine manufacturing and distribution across Europe). Auction saving: median of the winning vs. the average received bid over 363 inquiries.
Works with Europe’s leading parcel carriers
An inquiry to five carriers, waiting for replies, copying prices into Excel, confirming, aligning dates with the warehouse … and all of it again for every single shipment.
Customers call and write because they don’t know when the goods arrive. Every call is 10 minutes of digging through emails — and the customer from France would like the answer in French.
The carrier sends the invoice a month after the transport. Is the amount really what you agreed? Without a record of agreed prices nobody knows — and the differences get quietly paid.
Companies shipping 5–20 times a week spend 10+ hours a month on this. OptiB2B does it in passing.
One system for the whole flow: order splitting, carrier selection, dispatch, customer updates and final cost control.
The machine goes on a truck, spare parts via DPD — the app picks the right transport mode per product and splits the order into shipments.
All your carriers get an inquiry with a web form and the bids collect themselves into one clear table. Competition works: our winning bid is on average 29% below the average received.
For parcel shipments the label is ordered and printed automatically, and the customer immediately gets tracking numbers with links. DPD is built in; GLS, DHL and others on request.
Every customer receives dispatch, carrier and tracking updates in their own language — with a status page that works without a login.
The warehouse sees what to prepare, confirms dispatch and uploads the signed delivery note. If anything stalls, the system sends a reminder by itself.
The customer marks what is missing or damaged and attaches photos. The app opens a claim, notifies the carrier and re-ships the missing items in one click.
Every incoming invoice is auto-reconciled against the agreed transport price, DPD parcels by month. Deviations turn red instantly — no more quiet overpaying.
Price history by carrier and lane, an expected price from weight, area and distance — you negotiate with data, not gut feeling.
No paid licences for external collaborators. Everyone gets access under your use — so the whole chain comes alive, not just your office.
A manual email inquiry to the same circle of carriers gets two or three replies — and prices nobody challenges. OptiB2B sends a form a carrier fills in a minute, and the bids collect into an auction with real competition.
Statuses, alerts and stalls are visible at once — an invoice above the agreed price turns red by itself.
Average received bid: €612 → confirmed €512 (−16%)
Carriers submit bids through a form with no registration, so more of them reply — and the price drops. With every auction you also see the expected price from the lane’s history.
Works without login — in the customer’s language.
Every customer email links to a live status page with tracking and the carrier’s contact — in one of 31 languages.
Why is the price lower than with manual inquiries? Because the form lowers the barrier to reply, more bids come in and the competition is real — and because you confirm with the lane’s expected price in front of you. At Robomatis the winning bid averages 29% below the average received and 19% below the second best — a gap manual emailing to the same circle of carriers never reaches.

Our engineer calls you, connects your accounting / ERP system or web shop with you, imports your history and runs the first test shipment. You configure nothing — the automation goes live on the call. Available on the Free plan too, if you want us to set it up or walk you through it.
Prices exclude VAT. You can cancel any time — you fall back to a lower plan and your data stays.
Rough math: at 40 orders a month, automatic import and the Product Hub save at least 15 minutes per order — 10 hours of work (≈ €300). The bid auction saves on the transport itself: at Robomatis on average €77 per truck shipment, which at 20 such shipments a month adds ~€1,500 — a saving that only grows with every carrier price hike. And automatic reconciliation catches every overpayment on top.
The OptiB2B carrier network — you’ll be able to send inquiries to vetted carriers from our network too and receive even more competitive bids. Our own algorithm uses price history and coverage to pick only carriers that actually run and are competitive on your lane — even with 100+ carriers in the network nobody gets flooded with irrelevant inquiries. Completely free for you: the carrier covers the commission, the price you see is final.
There isn’t one. You use the Transport app for free, full-featured, with no time limit. The only difference is data entry: on Free you enter orders and products manually, on Pro they import themselves from your accounting system. Our bet is simple: once you see how much time it saves, you’ll want the automation yourself.
No. At signup you get the Pro plan free for 30 days — no credit card, no automatic charge. After 30 days you decide: keep the automation and we issue the first invoice (€79/month); otherwise you fall back to the free plan (the full app with manual entry) — nothing is charged and your data stays. The Product Hub and automatic import belong to Pro, so they’re inactive on Free — but the data is kept and instantly available again if you upgrade.
For each order you type the customer, delivery address and products (name, quantity, weight/dimensions) into a form. It takes about two minutes. Everything after that — inquiries, DPD, customer updates, invoice control — is the same as Pro.
We directly support e-računi and Eurofaktura (Slovenia and Croatia), WooCommerce web shops and a universal CSV import (works with any system that can export data). Issued invoices convert to orders with addresses and line items automatically. For other systems (Minimax, Metakocka, Pantheon …) pick the turn-key setup (one-time €199 for Free and Pro, or €490 for Ultra) — our engineer connects your system with you on a call and the automation goes live.
No. All external partners — carriers, warehouses, customers, accounting — join for free under your use. Carriers submit bids through a simple web form, no registration, nothing to install.
Every company gets its own separate instance — your data is not mixed with anyone else’s and runs on EU servers. Only you and the partners you invite have access.
We prepare your instance within one working day. The free plan works immediately; for Pro we connect your accounting system together and import your history — you’re usually fully automated within a week, and the first 30 days are free.
Enter your company details and your account is ready. The Free plan stays free — try Pro for 30 days with no credit card.
Fill in your company details — takes under a minute.
