When you place an order we collect the data you enter into the form:
On submission we also technically record your IP address and the submission time to prevent abuse.
We use the data exclusively to process your order, get in touch about your onboarding slot and for your use of the OptiB2B app. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given when submitting the form.
We keep the data for as long as the purpose lasts (order processing and contact) or until you withdraw consent. After that the data is deleted.
We do not sell your data and do not pass it to third parties for marketing. We may use trusted service providers (e.g. hosting, email) solely to process data on our behalf and in line with this policy.
You may at any time request access, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of or objection to processing, data portability, and withdraw consent. Send requests to join@optib2b.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
